Returns and Replacements

At MidnightMamaKnits, your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I will do my very best to resolve the situation and work with you to

achieve the best possible outcome.

Returns & Replacements

If you wish to request a return or replacement, please note the following guidelines:

  • How to Submit a Request:
    All return or replacement requests must be submitted via email to info@midnightmamaknits.com. Please include your order number, details about the item(s), and the reason for your request.

  • Timeframe for Requests:
    Requests must be made within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, I am unable to process requests submitted outside of this timeframe.

  • Conditions for Returns:
    Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging (if applicable). Any items returned that show signs of wear or use may not qualify for a refund or replacement. Return shipping costs will typically be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was a result of an error on my part (e.g., wrong item sent).

Digital Patterns

All sales of digital download patterns are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, once the pattern has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned. If you experience issues with your digital download, such as trouble accessing the file, please email me, and I will do my best to assist you.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived and is deemed "lost," I will either issue a full refund or send a replacement. Lost packages will be addressed after the following timelines have passed:

  • Domestic/US Orders: Packages will be considered lost 5 weeks after the shipping date.

  • International Orders: Packages will be considered lost 6 months after the shipping date.

I work hard to ensure that all packages are shipped securely and arrive at their destination. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact me at info@midnightmamaknits.com with your order number, and I will do everything I can to assist you.
